Update Speculation thread

Great now this is excavator speculation thread

 

Gonna go out on a limb and say we won't be getting an excavator for a long, long time maybe not even before the game reaches "gold status". Also highly doubt that thread about the excavator.

 

I don't think excavators and The like will take all that long...
As much as ppl say beam is not RoR, it kinda actually is...
Improved of course, but laying on the same nodes and beams structure...

That being said, big machinery surely is part of the future as they are both a challenge and a showcase of possibilities...

However we all know that's not the focus now. It can be a bit now with the money, but still not exactly the plan...

For the next update we are looking for more on the career, new vehicles and more on the simulation...

If, and thats a big IF, we get the excavator, that's a bonus. A great one, but still a bonus...

Anyway, nice to see brasilians invest on the game
Wish VW do Brasil would make a deal with beam to bring their brand new cars to be test-driven in the game...

 

Ah, I never really interpreted the Burnside as a premium car, and apart from the grille it actually has a fantastic resembance to the Desoto, I just assumed it was based off the Chevrolet of that era, but I don't know early 50s cars all that well. I'd assume a straight 8 would be even tourquier but rev very slowly and have a lower redline. I think Pontiac was one of the last brands to use an inline 8, not many were still around by 1950.

I think the Bluebuck should, and will have a big block, at least in the custom/drag/track models.

 

Lol, inline engines have less torque than Vs do.

 

A month ago, mitch said that West Coast's buildings were 95% complete, with all of the road work being done and only some small industrial areas and racetrack facilities left to complete. Do you think West Coast will finally come out?

Quite likely if the updates coming out late August or more.

 

Tomorrow's the end of July, and there's no sign of it coming tomorrow. (Unless you want a rushed, low quality, incomplete update)

 

Why not wait until 2020 and have a complete game rehash?

Maybe we will get the update on August 3rd, the 4 year anniversary of the initial release of the game.

It would be a nice little 4 year anniversary update.

Or maybe it wont be ready then and we'll get it when it is ready.
