Honestly the the thing I’m most excited about is the at least one new paint design for the SBR4, rn it only has the hillclimb and powerglow liverys
Is there really such a thing on trucks that the second axle turns not only in the direction of rotation but also in the opposite direction? Seems doubtful.
Looking at the fascia on the truck on the right, it actually looks modern, like 2010+ modern. We’ll finally have a modern truck in game, in an area where it isn’t covered yet. I mean, we have mods to make a medium duty D-series, but that still doesn't change the fact that the D-series is a truck from the late 90s to early 2000s. I’m more curious about the power trains. What diesels would it have? Or what brand would it be based on? Fords power stroke motors, Cummins, Duramax? It’s a realistic assumption, the bastion motors are practically a direct copy from the 6.2, 6.4, and 5.7 irl. Compare the power numbers, they are very similar. Only difference model wise, is the V6; which is a DOHC Pentastar irl rather than the OHV model in game. Either way, I’m very excited to have a new truck to play around with; it’ll more than make up for the time we had to wait. I just hope we have some AI updates to go along with it, we’ll see.
I admit that I haven't played with the 1988 Pessima for a long time, but I am very excited about the new bodykit. I have even created a custom configuration, capable of reaching more than 300 kph with the original 5 speed transmission (but I think the six speed is a better fit to the car, even though the final speed is much lower). When the upcoming update is released, I will use the new bodykit in this car.
In China almost all the huge trucks do it because they need to turn in tight apartment block construction sites and drive in cities.
I would like to see confirmation of this. Is there a link to a video or something similar where I could familiarize myself? I have seen trucks with two axles turning in the same direction
!long post warning! my guesses as to whats coming in the next update (and some far less confident speculation) #1 light duty truck my guess is that this truck will be a config of the d-series but some other options are a more rounded t-series a pickup version of h-series or even a new truck entirely! #2 tuner parts although 1 new kit for mk1 pessima and sbr is already confirmed we could see more new kits and parts for things like the legran pessima mk 2 or etk i-series! #3 new configs or reworked configs tuner versions could see a new look as well as drift ones not to mention the light duty truck where i think we will see a ambulance version and a already somewhat confirmed dump truck version!
So in the video you can see it's turned first towards the front wheels and then the other. You mean it's hanging by itself? Not like a pissima?
I'm not so sure it's that modern. We saw in the first teaser that it seems to be a D-Series cab. That doesn't necessarily limit the model years as commercial trucks use old cabs all the time (Dodge was using the 1950's pickup cab on medium duty and even full on semi trucks into the mid-70's), but it would make more sense for the team to have used the H-Series cab if they wanted this to be post-2003. The IRL Chevy medium duty trucks used the pickup cab except for 2003-2009 where it used their van cab, then there was no medium duty truck until 2019 where they re-introduced a medium duty truck with the pickup cab. That almost perfectly lines up with the Gavril D/H-Series production years since the D-Series stopped production in 2003 and the H-Series goes on until 2017. Looking at the contemporary Ford and Chevy counterparts, we'll probably see the existing Gavril 6.9 gasser, may or may not see a larger gasser, may see the existing 6.0 diesel, and probably will see a new Belasco diesel i6 somewhere around 6-7L.
If we do get a gas engine that is bigger then that 6.9. I cant wait to shove it into a D10. AND shove the little i6 carby into a duel cab box truck HAHA cant wait for this update.
