Update Speculation thread

I would absolutely adore the next few updates being classic focused, as how awhile ago a few updates in a row were offroad. 50s and prior cars have been neglected

Wait. Are we getting a Zamboni? It says "Car shave Wheels", and Zambonis "shave" ice rinks, right?

Edit: Yes, I know that Zambonis actually resurface the ice by slightly melting the top layer and letting it freeze again. No ice is actually removed in the process, otherwise the rink would get shorter and shorter each round, and would interfere with the match.

or if you count the steering wheel then it would be five so wednesday

Rally Burnside when

 

We usually get lot of dev activity before an update, possibly next week

 

Beam devs being unbelievably quick as per usual, I was thinking 0.34 would release by Christmas lol

 

People are going crazy around here. But they didn't think that there are still 2 weeks before Christmas, and it is during this period that the update always comes out.

 

I want a Carrera Panamericana Burnside, it would be awesome.

As for ARG, only thing that comes to mind is "A rally game", continuing the trend of rally in their messages. Maybe rally improvements for carreer mode (motorsport branch) or in general.

 

I wouldn't quite say they're being insanely quick - they usually drop their holiday updates between the 9th-21st, with many of those releasing on or before the 15th. I could absolutely see this update dropping on, say, the 11th-13th. The fastest we've gotten a holiday update in December was in 2021, when 0.24 dropped on the 2nd, but it's looking like that was a one-time thing.

 

Most of that leads me to believe we're getting pacenotes in the next update.
