It's VERY unlikely that this change is even related to BeamNG directly. Steam themselves made a change to allow for private branches and Beam's devs just took advantage of the opportunity to private dev branches

Tbh so far most of the notable remasters / refreshes done for vehicles for roughly the past 10 updates have been all for vehicles added to the game before 2018. bluebuck was added in 2019 so you could say it isn't that old to the point that it'd need a refresh or anything similar by game terms.

Around 2013 (Moonhawk) and 2014 (Barstow) I believe.
It's something we can forget that the Moonhawk was released before the Barstow.

    --- Post updated ---
I think they might do a lite refresh or maybe just new content for it

The Barstow released in 2015 (update 0.4.3).

The Barstow did get some updates in 0.5.3 (Nightsnake), a roll cage in 0.6, a wheelie bar in 0.6.1, and it got some updates in 0.8. It got a front guard in 0.9 (and the Bluebuck's engines in 0.17 or some other update).

The Moonhawk's gotten quite a lot more than the Barstow over the years - it got the 1973 fascias in 0.4.2, some new paintjobs in 0.4.3.1, the Detective Special in 0.5.2, the Elite Custom variant in 0.5.3, a plate spoiler and roll cage in 0.5.5, and a race variant in 0.6. It also was one of the first vehicles to have its body separable from its frame (0.7). It got rally parts in 0.12.0.3 (along with the Barstow), a rusty skin in 0.13 (also with the Barstow), a Light Runner skin in 0.14, a tweaked body shape in 0.16, a front guard in 0.21, a Donk config in 0.24, new engines and a new hood in 0.28.

While yes, none of these are a full remaster, at least the Moonhawk gets worked on fairly often. The Barstow has barely changed at all since it was released.

I found it. I uploaded it to the Internet Archive. I'll probably also do a fix for it with the texture from the pigeon.

I don't remember. It looks like it is direct from the repo since it has the mod_info directory. Then again, someone could've just left those in and uploaded it to google drive. I can't remember though

Someone had the Mattress Sport and gave the link in the Forums. It's a thread about @Louie's Workshop asking for download of Mattress sport
