I might be late for speculation but clearly we’re getting a prop-related update (also the teaser is showing the spike strip I have no doubt).

 

it almost looks like a harmonica, which would be quite funny to add as a random prop. Perhaps having it as an option on certain cars to go off in the wind would be quite plausible, considering that the devs are adding literally anything

 

Also something that might be off topic but is something interesting to talk about. YouTube is officially now requiring money for speeding up vids and shorts. YouTube atp is turning into CapCut.

I think this is a prop update, AND/or most content seems under the hood, I.E hard to show,

maybe the limo/Grand marshal refrush is all we get, Witch is more then ok but maybe most of it, is under the hood?

No. It would be a tragedy.
The lack of content in the game means it needs lots of DLCs to complete the game. So it's no doubt that we need to spend more money than the game itself.
I could accept that the game has few paid DLCs, but I can't accept the fact that you need more money to buy all the DLCs than the game itself. I guess some players might think so.

Back to the topic, With the Spike Stripe comes out, it would be possible that devs plan to improve the police chase system, especially the roadblock.
The new roadblock may look like this:

 

that would defeat the fun of video game roadblocks though
