It does happen (Navistar International, GM Truck and Coach, AM General), but often, bus manufacturers (at least in North America) are dedicated solely to producing buses. However, this wouldn't be the first time that various IRL brands that build wildly different vehicles were combined under one umbrella (see: Autobello, Ibishu), so I wouldn't be surprised if these large vehicles ended up being Wentwards.
So I saw the latest teaser on youtube and a lot of people seem to think it’s a dump truck or a crane, personally I think it might be a car carrier (either T-series and/or trailer). Most people don’t realize how many moving parts these things have and I could definitely see rails and slide nodes being useful for adjustments. Even these pictures don’t really do justice to the number of movable parts, but basically imagine that every car sits on an independently adjustable platform that can be moved to fit as many cars as possible on the truck, while still remaining within reasonable height limits (usually 13’6” for most trucks in the US but up to 15 feet or so permissible with some states a bit taller )
Maybe the first teaser but I'd be very surprised if the second one isn't a dump truck. Realistically I can't see it being anything else
You might be right, but I’ll dump some more fuel on the fire and point out, one big industrial vehicle could have several uses. I’m not ruling out a reach stacker, which can also be a crane or a forklift since the attachment are interchangeable. There’s even attachments for picking up steel coils or pipes. That would add a lot of versatility to the game.
Since I've seen the loader comparison with the first teaser I can't see anything else lol. Everything just seem to line up with one. And it would be fit with the dump truck.
Yep for sure not AI about 9-10 years ago, they made anna who i THINK made it into the campaign mode, ( still holds up to this day, its all free rome and Career mode ) witch is great ( legit ) BUT campaign mode REALLY has the mid 2010s nostalgia that i miss to it, Pre Covid and so on, Anyway before i go to off topic, There was Lisa beam's artist who am not sure ( but doubt ) is still part of the team, Here is some old screenshots from way back in 2016 AS for the dump truck/think It will be awesome and as i agree beamng needed one, even if am more of a car guy I cant wait to try it out if its drivable
