Really?? Seems like I can never process the image enough!! --- Post updated --- Nah, the 1.2 is purely a basic engine. The 1.6 with 160hp would be the bare minimum, although I suspect that it's gonna come standard with the Wide Track Independent Suspension components for giving it a sportier feel. So I guess the version of the 1.6 with 230hp will be the absolute bare minimum for this FCV variant. Also, remember that the Vivace 230S (and all versions below it) has the narrow-track suspension components and body panels, so it's also got no IRS. So this combination of parts (the FWD 1.6 with the Wide Track Independent Suspension and body panels) will be a first for the production versions of the FCV Platform. Edit! I wouldn't rule out a diesel version. The real car had such a version after all (the TT 2.0 TDI Ultra, with 190hp) and the FCV engine to power such a version exists - it's the 2.0 turbodiesel with 190hp/400Nm. So the 2.0 190hp turbodiesel engine would be the absolute bare minimum for this car.
The new car coming is def a Cherrier. People say it might be a new Hirochi but I doubt that as its styling even from the video barley having any lighting seems very European like so it’s a 5% chance at all it’s a Hirochi as the one thing saving it is that it also looks kinda like the new prelude and 370Z, on the other hand people also say it’s an Ibishu but I really doubt it. The last vehicle that Ibishu made in the games lore was the 2001 hopper, Ibishu definitely gets a 0% chance. Ibishu is an awsome brand don’t get me wrong but there’s no chance it is gonna get a new vehicle anytime soon, this seems way too modern for an Ibishu.
If this is the car that the devs mentioned a while back that was said to release mid-2026, I don't think it's going to be based on the FCV platform. I think it's going to be a new midsize RWD car that's possibly mid-rear-engined. Though it'll still probably use the Cherrier inline-5, since that engine is perfect for this application. I also still think it can be a hybrid, albeit a mild hybrid. I'm thinking BMW i8 mixed with Alpine A110 mixed with Honda Prelude mixed with Honda CR-Z (yay!).
What in the world is that monstrosity. --- Post updated --- I mean if ima be real, I don’t see the CR-Z ngl. No offensive obviously but this really doesn’t look like a CR-Z.

I mentioned the CR-Z because it's a mild hybrid with a manual transmission, which is something that this car could be.
Seriously. I just see a TT, maybe a little bit of prelude but no CR-Z in the slightest imo. --- Post updated --- Ok fair enough ngl, I didn’t rlly look at that aspect tbh.
Tbh, I also mentioned the CR-Z because I own one and had some wishful thinking of wanting to have something that resembles my car in the game, lol
I still assume it's a new ETK, but, judging by today's teaser showing the side of the car, there's a chance it could be a new Cherrier, which might even make sense since we haven't had a new vehicle from that brand in a long time.
I honestly thought the front overhang was too small for a FF car, but after overlaying the Vivace on top, it seems to match almost perfectly, it could indeed be based on the FCV platform --- Post updated --- They literally put Cherrier's slogan in the teaser, i don't see why they'd do that if the car was going to be an ETK (actually, now that i wrote that... misdirection?)
I was thinking that maybe it's Cherrier's first vehicle not on the FCV platform. We have the Vivace and Tograc, but the car seems to be a bit different shape than those two are. Like mentioned before, it resembles both an Audi TT and a Nissan Z, so maybe it's a different platform. The devs keep using words like "Draw" and "Ink", so I think the name may be art related. Maybe the "dessiner" or the "esquisser"?
Could this mean an FCV full refresh/remaster? It's not really in need of one but it would be cool. If it is only an addon to the FCV, it makes me think that we're getting another new car to go with it
Probably only the front design. The rear design of the RCZ looks completely different from the new car.
