Update Speculation thread

At least we know the update will for sure be good, perhaps even having revolutionary additions for the simulation world, unlike other game studios that take forever to do an update and it turns out to be nothing useful/interesting.

 

No, I think what CH means is that there's no way the '88 was the first of the Pessima lineage. It's gotta be at least the second-gen. IIRC, didn't both Pessimas use to have actual chassis codes along the lines of "VM301" and "VM501"?

 

Do they have those codes? Where?

 

Well, devs don't know when they'll finish the update, so they only can say that it'll be soon™

 

Oh, right, my bad. So I have ADHD and I tend to worry about negative stuff a lot. I did read that post, but when I read the "Trouble with communications" part I kinda stopped thinking about the first part. Also didn't help that I didn't read it over (usually if you have adhd you need to read things over, or else you don't retain all the information) So yeah just a silly me thing, I'll try to remember that from now on.

now i know why 0.39 is delayed, Removing the parts system,
Going to unity engine,
removeing all JDM cars and focus on the driverless cars, as well as boats,
And all v8s are gone and replaced with i4 diesel, HMMM i4 Diesel barstow anyone,

On topic, I know this update will be good, ( when it comes ) I wonder if we will get a remaster as well as new car, seeing that car devs are i think not the same as game engine devs

 

I think a remaster or some polishing of some other cars to go along with the new car is possible. When the Sunburst got remastered, they added a lot of rally parts to be shared with other cars (lights, scoops, etc). Some cars need more love than others so we’ll see. Every car should have things like window tint and sun strips available, though.
