    A tie down for cars on rollback flatbeds and car haulers plus a grappling hook for police chase work! Really interesting!

    You can always turn it off. My PC isn't even compatible with this tech but I would probably turn it off even if it was.

    Nah, I’m pretty sure that was just for 0.39. 0.39 was a special case for a lot of things.
