Update Speculation thread

Sure, I'll explain.

I don't remember everything, but here's what I do recall. Toward the end of March, it appeared to everyone that an update was about to drop. I commented that I was certain that it was a red herring, and a staff member actually rated my post (done forgot which one though). Even though a staff member used my post as an indication that there was nothing coming, everyone still flipped their s***t. It was a mess.

One thing I have noticed is that the official BeamNG twitter account seems to start replying to questions submitted by users before an update comes out. So watch out for that.

Not really, my mod is approved by nadeox because of the date *hint hint* . Synsol is just not online this week (he approves the mods normally)

Well, there's Easter sunday (today) April fools (also today) Easter Monday (Tomorrow) and Earth day (the 22nd)

 

I wonder what an environmental themed earth day update would look like? Hmmmm.... Gavril eco-boost technology Barstow Kingsnake?

I don't know any game devs that pulled an April fools day something aside from War Gaming (theirs really makes me not happy because of how bad it was, but that's a rant for another thread).

 

Probably the reason why not many new mods were approved because maybe the devs are busy working on the update and maybe the bus.

They usually pull an April Fools prank, why didn't they do that this year?
