Yeah, I also made the Italy Map - New (maybe modern) Civetta supercar connection, but maybe the new update won't come with the Italy map yet, the new ETK looks like the most probable addition. And putting aside new cars and maps, when do you think base features like transmission damage, engine stalling, starter engines and batteries will be added? I'm not exactly in a hurry about that thanks to the wonderful MFM, but when these features come this simulator will be definitely on a whole new league. No, like seriously what's up with the reluctance to add stalling on car sims. Even AC, which has a stalling feature, refuses to add a start engine button, with a forced auto-start. Same for Dirt Rally, and PCars' system, altough commendable, feels just wrong
i didnt mean that italy is in the next update. I meant that when we will get Italy at a later point a New civetta would fit well. Also this etk looks really nice cant wait to drive it!
The devs assume people would be too dumb to figure out why their engines just suddenly stop orthink to try to turn their engine back on after it stalls. an engine start button would just add one more button to remember for very little purpose, automobilista seems to have done stalling the best though. still defaults to somewhat of an autostart.
@lukerules117 I guess you're right, but in beamng we already have three shifting modes we can switch on the fly, one of them being manual autoclutch. And this game is supposed to end up being a full simulator, people dumb enough (or not into cars enough) to not know about manual transmission shouldn't play on full manual.
not to mention the fact that we have actual automatic and CVT transmissions(kinda) for people to stubborn to use arcade automatic.
The ETK 2400i hype has never reached such critical levels. Also, if the 2400i TTSport looks like this: Then what will the base model of the 2400i look like?
I imagine it will look very sensible. Kind of like an Opel. I have a theory: maybe ETK is the German arm of Gavril, like Opel is GM's German subsidiary. Maybe modern Gavrils (like the ones seen in RoR) are rebadged ETKs.
you'd be surprised, we genuinely had a guy file a bug report because when he put it in manual and shifted to first gear, the car would coast forwards whereas he thought it should remain stationary until he hit the gas... --- Post updated --- I very much want to know where people are getting the idea of twin turbo from when only single turbo has been pictured. 1 turbo guys, 1 turbo. if its from the TTSport moniker, newsflash, the etk800 and etk k series both have TTSport models, they still only have single turbo.
As much as i would love that. And yes with the 2400i being shown a lot lately ( last week turbo ) Then the black one. Then this one. Am thinking the 25th ( i hope this weekend ) but the 25th seems more likely
My brickphone is ready. i don't (or my father don't) have a real brickphone but my dad has one of those cellphones that is in some sort of bag that you carry around.
