Update Speculation thread

it's my girlfriend's mom's car, me and my girlfriend named it beetlejuice bc of it's shape. whenever we went up steep hills, i always joked that if we flipped over backwards, we would somersault all the way to the bottom

 

anyway, back on topic...
what sort of configs are we expecting for the piccolina?
I'd imagine there would be at least 3 facelifts for the normal roadgoing version (50's , 60's, 70's bumpers and indicators, as well as maybe some interior changes, and of course the styling differences between the three pictures of the front of the car)
I would also guess from the autobello type 2 wheels that there would be a race/rally version, and even maybe a road legal abarth-style homologation one, and the GP sand star wheels would suggest to me that there is going to be some kind of baja bug-esque version.
another version previously discussed was the carabineri variant, which we don't have any solid evidence for, but it would make sense if they added it.
something else I was considering, was the possibility of a "custom" variant, perhaps with an SBR4 engine swap (though admittedly that would be mad) or a superbike engine, like the pigeon 600's engine.

- 600 Multipla is often considered the first mass produced MPV.
- Autobello Piccolina looks a lot like a Fiat 600.
- Diamondback mentioned the Multipla in the Update Speculation Thread.

People will, of course, mistake it for a Volkswagen T1 and ask for a Flower Power skin...

According to Google Maps It takes a 9 hour 40 minute flight to fly between Bremen and Maryland.
Lets multiply that by 2. (We need to use that "2" that we got earlier by dividing 600)
That no equals 19 hours 20 minutes.
Assuming that BeamNG devs work 1 second every day, if BeamNG devs worked 19.33 hours every day, they would work almost 70000x harder.
That means that instead of an update every 3 months, an update comes out 1 minute 50 seconds.
Clearly the devs need to get on this.

Fiats can sit 6 people.
Damn it.
We have in this scenario 1 Fiat with 1 seat empty.
but wait...
If we partition a nice round 1 cup of coffee allowed each hour.
across 41 people
across a 19 hour 20 minute period.
19 x 41 779 cups
Assuming we fill our coffee cups full. (about 12 oz of coffee)
We would use 4 tablespoons of coffee in each mug
4 tablespoons is 21.2 grams of coffee.
21.2 x 779 = 16 KG.
This makes our coffee store in the remaining seat weigh the average amount of a four year old.
That makes 42 staff (just one really young and made out of coffee)
42 is the answer to life the universe and everything.

Incorrect, 42 IS answer to everything, so they just need to hire one more and then it all works out nicely, so not coffee, unless it does reproduce staff members

Probably not. They are yet to make alternate bodystyles for anything in game (other than upfits), I don't see this changing anytime soon...

 

I mean the ETK 800 and K series are so similar that they may as well be an alternate bodystyle, but that's the closest we've got

 

Same thing goes for the Covet and late 1980's Pessima too, I believe...

Now that I think about it, 0.14.3 , or 0.15 is not gonna be out by the end of November.

 

A bugfix could be but not a content update

 

0.14.3 will likely come out this Saturday (if there are any more fixes to be made) and 0.15 likely won't be out until very late 2018/early 2019

 

So do you think the bugfix will contain nothing special?
