Update Speculation thread

Talk about throwing a tantrum. The devs clearly explained why this cannot be done and yet you still say that they aren’t bothering with this game. Have you not seen all the other things that they’ve shown are in development or am I looking at a different forum?

Hey, you people are missing the point: they fixed turbos at low FPS!

 

How is "this game is going in circles" solely because of one bridge (That was originally blocked mind you), doesn't go anywhere because the area is out of the level. How do they not care? They opened the bridge in the first place due to community requests for it to be opened. If they didn't care it would still be blocked off. I brought up complaints due to much larger issues in the game, not just one bridge. :|

Please, stop quoting me to support your pointless uninformed arguments. This is the second time you've done it.

By the way:

 

i must say i am a wee bit surprised that the devs didn't make a heightmap for the island, too, since *i assume) it was a part of the map since the beginning.

 

I feel like they could at least add some details to the island so that it doesn't look so empty. Like trees for example.

I do believe that objects can still be placed there, but you won't be able to interact with them.

I kinda expected that week and had posted about it previously. It's quite obvious, as it's the second half of December, yet before the holidays (so the devs can have them off hopefully)

 

Now that is by earliest, nothing says it has to be then, could be week later too

 

oh really, but what if they did it "RIGHT THE FIRST TIME" would that not solve the problem

and i'm not complaining about some stupid bridge, i'm complaining about the fact that a bland island as it is RIGHT NOW could have been useful if the devs have done something with in the beginning and not just leave it empty as it is now, and because they did now we're stuck with a bland island that has no right to be with the highly detailed main land

 

It's just a background object to make the map seem like it's part of a bigger world.

 

You need to stop being so f**king ungrateful. Instead of complaining why don’t you make a mod or something that actually benefits the community. Right now you contribute nothing to these forums.

 

You have no modding experience, compared to B25Mitch who is qualified enough that he became a level designer for BeamNG. Therefore his word is infinitely more credible than yours. They didn't add anything as the island is off the map and is a mesh rather than terrain. It was just meant to be a background object, and we're lucky we can drive anywhere near it at all.

Also, don't read my threads, they seem to be too complex for you to understand.

 

Well, you're not going to get everything the way you want it.

So please, for the love of god, stop complaining about something the devs already said no to.

 

well if they just made it a proper island we would not have this problem so please stop justifying the devs with everything they do, i'm grateful for this game as well but somtimes the devs do make mistakes, after all they're human too

 

Mate I don’t think you quite understand. You are complaining about one small little island on WCUSA not being playable on when there is an entire new level coming that is something like 4 times the size of WCUSA.

 

Good thing Italy is an island
