I'm sure theyd want to implement it, but if I remember correctly it was mentioned that this would be difficult to add at this stage? Either way it would do wonders for the performance

 

As far as I know it's not planned, but maybe tdev's comment was trying to hint something?

 

Wanting something is still far from being able to something, if amount of work and old stuff breaking is too great, it is just not feasible.

sounds different to what we have in the pessima at the moment, at least that's what i think

 

Remember the time they shared scrape noises in the studio, this could be in the update now.

was my biggest gripe about this game from a sim perspective

I think that is his personal matter.

However it is quite common that people move on life changes, etc.

 

Since 0.16 has been in the works for like 4 or 5 months now, that only tells us something that the update will be spectacular and it will be worth the long wait because the devs have poured a lot of time and effort into working on that update. Also since the latest update (0.15) has been released way back in December, let's hope that 0.16 will drop by the next week or two and all that long waiting will pay off.
