Update Speculation thread

Saw Bluebuck trailer, immediately thought of this:

 

this car is going to be AWESOME as a crush car for the CRD. back in the early days of monster trucks, fresh land yachts did not bend. you rarely see them now.

Concerning the realism, it was a Dodge Coronet ad and the most famous of Mythbuster's myths. (Not that the add has to be real, just that it would be a reference to multiple real things)

Mandatory disclaimer again, the car certainly comes with a lot of content. Not saying anything bad, just factual. Bluebuck looks great.

Turn on the radio now, I dare you. The 70s/80s is by far the best era of music in my opinion. Way better than today’s crap.

On topic, I think the update could come out today, and I’d love that, but I imagine it could be tomorrow or the day after.

 

Is there any way to boycott driverless crap?
Autopilots on aircraft or autonomous driving on cars are ok since the driver has the right to activate and deactivate that automation. Driverless is unethical because no one should trust their lives on a chip that they don't know, or own car that the owner has no rights to drive.

the 70s was an awesome time, the 80s was horrendous, and I listen to 50s rock 'n' roll and a bit of the 60s, that's why I have spotify and I have radio next to my computer tuned into the oldies station. back on topic, it would make sense if it were released tomorrow because they have done it before with the piccolina and I think the bus too

 

Lots of 70s groups kept making quite good stuff in the 80s - AC/DC, The Rolling Stones, The Who, Rush, Genesis, Deep Purple, Queen...

Okay, you're clinically insane...
The 80's was probably one of music's best decades EVER.
But we're getting offtopic here- On another not, we can't probably expect the update this week. The way both devblog posts were written, it implies the update just... isn't ready yet.

yep I was born on February the third, which is the day that music died

 

The video releases follow the 0.15 schedule, I'm expecting it on Friday

I'm sure there will be updates to AI, anywhere from basic traffic groundwork to adding the traffic mod as it is.

Updates to most/all of the remaining old car bodies with at least some new configs (T-Series got a ton of new ones last time and we might see updates to old stuff from what the Bluebuck is getting. Hydraulic suspension for example)

 

wow way to boycott progress there bud... not sure how having an AI that will inevitably be better at driving than a human is “unethical”, but you do you, man.

As for the update, I’m betting on a release this Friday.

 

Was the placement of the "Burnside Lead Sled" & "Pessima Stanced" a hint at them also getting hydraulics?

Nonetheless, Bluebuck looks fantastic.

 

id expect the pessima to get air suspension instead of hydros

 

just noticed, that the engines are probably all new considering that the one I saw was blue, not the typical Gavril red or burnside black so yay
