Amazing work on this update urban! although I have found a few little issues. found some odd things on the floor of the vrv as well as a hole and you may want to double check the settings on the lights. apart from that, its perfect!
Sorry for inconvenience, this was the issue of Optional beam issues of this part, and I fixed this issue on current WIP(at least at my computer) also the van tex issue this was normal map issue, solved in WIP
found some more bugs for you. the base speedometer is 3 mph innacurate and the low speed speedometer is 3 mph above what it should show. Also, the rear suspension makes a crashing sound even on the smallest of bumps (but I suppose that this has already been fixed since when you mentioned it on an earlier post). edit: forgot to mention earlier but it seems like the frame of the van has somehow gone below where it should. rather then there being just one hole.
This is actually done irl too, to avoid drivers speeding, and is also a reason there's a 3kmh/3% tolerance on speeding infractions in Germany.
