i see there's a second generation VRV mentioned in the repo page, by any chance is this loosely based on the chevy uplander/vauxhall sintra?

 

It is indeed, if you go back several pages you can see wip pics of it

 

not sure if this has been mentioned already, but the VRV's front turn signals are a bit messed up. Both come on with the left signals, but they don't come on at all with the right.
Edit: this is only with the prefacelift version

 

I'm sure some of these have already been mentioned, but the VRV seems to be full of bugs (mostly texture related), and yes, I have deep cleared my cache before trying it out, and I have the common package.

Badges, pedals and interior floormats have no textures


The front wheels stick out from the side of the van


And the rear fenders look badly made, with misaligned body panels and some weird shading around them, and they look a bit to small for the size of the tires


I hope you continue improving this mod, since it clearly has potential but still needs improvements

 

It works fine for me..? You may need to delete the old common package and download both the Bruckell pack and common pack off the repository, since those are both the most up to date.

Fixed Chmsl Glowmap: now it only glows in stopping.
Improved suspension shock absorber shock absorption.
Modified subframe impact distribution level.
Modified A pillar node distribution(added new node in a pillar glass frame).
Corrected the turn signal error(now it only glows in signal).
Made the vehicle overall weight lighter.
Scaled Drag Coef Fix.
Tire size: replaced into 225/75R15 Standard > 225/65R15 Standard.

I know you probably get this question a lot but is the core mod on the repo for a future repo mod, sort of like KJLP? Or are there multiple individual vehicle mods that need the core?

Yeah, basically since alot of the mods will have carryover parts and whatnot it makes it easier so each mod copy doesn't need its own set of those exact same parts

That would be nice, I dont have the Rayton cause there are 100s of posts and many zip files. I can never figure out which one is the completed car

More of a suggestion than anything, but perhaps could you make the Bruckell Meshsport wheels in 15 inch form? The Lumina APV could come with similar rims from factory, as well as whitewall tires (this is just a mockup with LeGran rims)

 

So, the VRV is meant to be an Oldsmobile Silhouette also what does VRV stand for?

 

The Lumina posted above has 14 inch wheels, The 15 inches were offered only as Alloy wheels until 1992. That being said, support for 14 inch wheels would be nice. the only tire size that has enough size that doesnt look weird is the T/A tires.
