I'm not that proud of the tires but I can always fix them later, what matters most is I get the car done. I can't make the mistake of trying to make things perfect and never finishing my model.

I didn't get much done today but I started working on the front suspension components. As the pieces get smaller, the slower the progress is going to look but I promise I am chipping away at it one piece at a time.

Excellent work so far, I can't wait to see more. What kind of rear suspension does this car have ? I hope it's leaf springs.

 

It's not leaf springs, that would have been easier to model though.

 

Maybe a custom build configuration where it a duck tail spoiler and custom head/tail lights

I will make a cop version. I saw some in Texas Ranger and Narcos: Mexico so they should exist in some capacity. Just don't expect LAPD or anything. Just some rural Texas and Mexican police.

I reused the drivetrain and suspension details from the Crown Vic model I made. I'll add more detail at a later point but I think it's fine for now.

 

Looks great! I love the old/rusty texture, can this be applied to in game vehicles ?

 

Most likely not, it's just a blender material.
