Vehicle Debug

    ok so i just installed OBS on my PC and i wanted to record something ... and i made the hotkey to start the recording to F9 ... and as i started the recording the vehicle debug popped up ... i closed it by clicking F9 again ... but now somehow it always automaticly pops up when i load onto a map ... and i have to hit F9 twice (just as i would open and close it) to make it disappear ... is there any way of getting rid of that apart from reinstalling the game ?
    edit: it also appears everytime i reload a vehicle
