I dunno if Astro would be used by the devs, as there is a real car called Chevrolet Astro. What about Neptune?
I think the guy means a brand that wouldn't be sporty like Pontiac, but youth-oriented like Saturn or Geo.

This is more of a skin suggestion but the car is not in the game so I guess it would count? A NYPD skin for the Bluebuck Also a late 50's to early 60's coupe kinda like the 1961 Plymouth Savory but mix with a 1959 Chevy Impala
(I dont have time to read all 311 pages of this, so sorry if I said somthing someone already said.) Since Bruckell is like Dodge or Chrysler, It would be cool to see like a Dodge Charger and Challenger mixed together, But it would be a 1968-1970 Charger mixed with 70-71 Challenger, and would have a 4 door one, and a 2 door one, That would be cool, Very cool.
garvil d series 1967-1975 based on the international lightline series(the last pick up truck iH ever made)
They really need to add a new SUV crossover like the RAV4 and the CRV. The lower version can have FWD and the higher one can have AWD it would be a nice car to have.
