Gavril Kappa (2015-): It is a... ...2010s Gavril 7-seat midsize crossover. Mostly based on the 2015 Ford Explorer, with the 2018 GMC Acadia front end and interior. Unibody, front transverse engine FWD/AWD, disc brakes, front MacPherson, rear multilink. Understeery handling, safest passenger cell in the game. Configs: Base - Equipped with a 260 HP 2.2 turbo I4/180 HP 2.2 I4 turbodiesel/225 HP 2,2 I4 biturbodiesel, an 8-speed automatic, an open diff, FWD, premium brake pads and 18x8 alloys with 245/60 R18 tires. XLS - As above, but with an optional 302 HP 3.6 V6/322 HP 2.2 turbo I4-based hybrid system, optional AWD and roof railings. Taxi - Based on the FWD XLS hybrid, but with a Rapid Taxi paintjob, a fare meter and a roof ad carrier. Why do we need it? Because the game does not have any crossovers yet, and because it would be a good modern emergency vehicle and taxicab.
I think a more appropriate name for this SUV is Roamer, since there is a 2014 Roamer plan on concept car list. But generally it's a nice suggestion.
1977 - 1983 Gavril Napoli - Ford Fiesta, VW Polo Mk1 Late 1970s and early 1980s German FWD, transversally mounted front engine supermini hatchback/van/cabrio. I was planning to do more [early vehicle] suggestions anyways, so here's another one. 1896-1901 Garvil Four-Wheeler (Ford Quadricycle) It is a... 1890s American 2-seat quadricycle powered by a boxer ethanol engine, also known as "the horse-less carriage". It's also close to it's design, although minor changes will be there. Why do we need this? Because we don't have any American Veteran-era in-game yet.
That’s a really good idea. But that requires a lot more from Beamng. I think it would be worth it though
Then again, the modder Miura was able to make a 1920s vehicle (The Heron) in the game before. I do agree that it would be worth it, especially that the closest to the Veteran era is the Heron, and cars like these aren't common in simulator games.
I know that they aren't the best vehicles, but the closest to a common Brass-era vehicle in games is the well-known Model A. Not even sure about how common Veteran-era vehicles are in any game, especially vehicles like the Quadricycle.
The car is named after a navigation tool, so it needs something related to navigation as a model name.
