Has a developer ever actually taken a suggestion from this thread? Seems like it's just here to prevent an endless spamming of vehicle suggestion threads, rather than it actually being used for ideas. I understand why they did it like this, but it's kinda disappointing that I can't honestly expect for this to have an effect.

"any thing but a mini van" i yell in pain "noooooooo. my one weakness" mini vans, in my humble opinion, are they ugliest, slowest, I'm-now-a-soccer-mom/dad-ist cars even thought up by man. beamng deserves better. there is a reason why no one has made one. they are the antithesis of cool, fast, american cars. my rant for the day
I think it feels ignored because so many people have in progress models but give up after a while. There are lots of good ones out there but know one really seems to finish them. There are lots of WIP models don't know how often they are being worked on though.
To be fair, I actually agree with you. I don't think that I've ever seen a comment or 'Ooh! I love that idea!' from the developers. Maybe they'd take a look soon.
They probably haven't even got through half of their own ideas yet, everyone can see gabe's list of cars he's done rough drafts of. can't expect them to work on our ideas when they haven't even finished their own.
Actually I think that is a good idea. It turns from this weird futuristic hatchback-with-no-hatch to somewhat of a viper. Very cool indeed
