Vehicles loading with missing parts (Tires)

Hello all, Love the game. Have hundreds of vehicles. Cars, (corvettes, lambos, bugatti, always hi-end supercars load without rubber. Rims are there and usually it's the front tires missing 50% it's all (4) tires.
I have: optiplex 9020, i5 4590 3.68, rtx 1050ti w/4 gig, 32 gig ram, @1920x1080p HD4K. Have lag issues beyond 6 cars. Game runs awesome @4 cars. Love it, love it, Love it. Current cars: 67 active, 4 unpacked.
I have one truck: chevy duramax deisel which loads without the cab. Anyway, thank you for listening. will continue to Love it in hopes of resolving this issues. Thanks again.

As for other broken mods, i assume you got them from a site like modland ? Please stay away from these sites, the files could contain malware and most of the stuff here is either very low quality or stolen. You can find a lambo, a mustang and a defender (off the top of my head) here, just search for it.

 

Thanks so much for the help. Yes, I know very well about modland. Maybe a wipe of the game and re-install being more organized with my vehicles. I've gotten rid of the crap and still have much more than i'll ever probably enjoy.
