Use the FEEDBACK thread for that. Make sure no mods are causing that, clean reinstall eventually. Look at the 'Couplers' video. At 0:16 there is a tutorial
DId BeamNG fix the crappy handling on keyboard? That's all i was worried about and i didn't see it. Still, good job with the large update!
As long as you're still using keyboard, you won't get good handling. A stick or racing wheel is highly recommended.
Keyboard is the least suggested method to drive a car. Most simulators have this trouble, simply because we do not drive cars in reality using 0-1 inputs. You cannot do small correction and alike using a keyboard. If you do not have a controller, try using your mouse to steer (Yes, you can do that)
That said, we made an effort to improve keyboard handling for this update. The default keyboard handling is optimized for hotlapping and regular driving. But if you are the kind of driver that prefers to throw the car around extremely aggressively, you will find faster steering reactions if you choose the 'drift' filter preset in both your steering-left and steering-right bindings (look for them in the Controls menu).
Great update. One suggestion for the new Brake Thermal UI is that they default to show front brakes rather than rears due to the increased load that front brakes have to deal with. In the current version even if you change to the front brakes in the drop down they still default to rears when the vehicle is reset.
38 miles away from Moscow, cannot wait to get back home, turn my computer on and update the game! Didn't even read the change log to the end, but I AM sure this update is really big (one of the biggest ever I have ever known), and I am so excited that you did it! Every single update you create, always makes the game better and better. Playing since 0.3.8.5 (0.4 was already released, downloaded a pirate version). But later bought 0.4.2 on Steam. And then it all began... Anyway, you did a great work, guys! Thank you all for making this possible!
