I can confirm what Dkutch said: On the left the model from that site, on the right your pictures. There's not need of more picture. You modelled that lowpoly thing too to make it more believable.. :\
Well that's a pretty slam dunk mesh theft case. Unless you can prove you made it, or the guy who made it gave you permission, I'm closing this thread and keeping it closed.
