We got about 6 inches of packy snow yey.
Also, I heard that the Fukashima reactor that blew up before, well, blew up again, and now good old Cali is getting some high doses of radiation.
    Watch out Gabester.

The news isn't saying anything about it yet. My dad was talking about it, and how the fish and bald eagles are dying, and how the government bought about 14 million iodine tablets.
Maybe it is to prevent mass hysteria? (The lack of news)

3 days ago, there was almost no snow. The snow we had melted before Xmas even though it's been around 20-30 degrees F for over a week now. It snowed all day yesterday and school had an early release. Today it hasn't really snowed but there is several inches of snow out there. It's just above 10 degrees outside.. I expected to have school today but we don't.. Tonight it's supposed to get really cold. (Like -8f with no wind.) I dunno what it was like earlier this morning because I was asleep. I think it snowed quite a bit..

Good guy snow comes and cancels school when Christmas vacation is over.

Here in Sweden it is around 0 degrees Celsius and it is raining a mix of water and wet snow. All the roads are covered in ice with 5 cm of water ontop of it. So it is very slippery and very wet. This winter is probably the worst winter since a long time.

Fukishima didnt explode again, it is venting steam though however they cannot confirm yet whether it is radioactive waste boiling off or just rainwater which has built up in the cooling towers or if it is rainwater whether that rainwater has become contaminated or not. Rainwater in cooling towers does happen regularly and usually cooling tower steam is clean, its just that is the reactor that went on meltdown before so its unlikely to be clean.

It will be a few weeks until any contamination if any actually hits US soil so the dead eagles thing is BS, its also thought the max dosage that hit the US from the first wave is technically harmless as it barely constitutes a rise against background radiation, a cross atlantic plane flight apparently has equal radiation dosage yet the pilots that make those trips regularly are fine let alone passengers.

Chances are the hysteria would cause more damage than the radiation itself.

Too much snow to count in Canada. Wouldn't be suprised if it was like -1000 degrees celcius.
