great job on the bus mate. nice to see another bus mod on the repo. only thing that I can see that could require some attention is the exhaust making the same sound as the sound of the engine with no exhaust. just the emitting sound being moved to the back of the bus when the exhaust is installed.
Small update - WL/emer now opens crossing arm and stop sign - W/L master completely controls electrical power to the lights/x-arm/stop sign system now - If you have the crossing arm or stop sign open and turn off W/L master, you can keep it open with the lights off until it's turned back on - Colored W/L emer switch orange - Colored service door switch blue wentward_s3.zip in the main post has been updated, overwrite your previous wentward_s3.zip with the new one
Now I have a new school bus mod to replace the broken CB-40. Time to slam on the throttle and track it and see how long it lasts before it blows up because buses are not race cars. I've drive these in real life for a living and I must say, this mod is amazing! The handling feels familiar, the modeling is perfect, the only thing I found troubling is the brakes. Air brakes in school buses are extremely powerful and very touchy, I basically feather touch the brake pedal in my bus to bring it to a stop. Keep up the good work Dummiesman!
love it!! the best school bus mod out currently. you should really try to add custom sounds to this! it has been done before with other mod vehicles! also as a recommendation, for your next school bus you should do a bus based on the Thomas 3800 (without the thomas markings obviously)
The 3800 body is pretty much just the FS65 body but with different roofcaps, dash, and obviously the hood
Small update - Fixed interior lights shutting off when the incorrect part of the vehicle was damaged (ex. rear lights shut off from front damage) - Fixed visual gaps in side windows, and fixed the UV mapping on the side windows - Increased brake torque wentward_s3.zip in the main post has been updated, overwrite your previous wentward_s3.zip with the new one
obviously, it's just that it would be cool to see the thomas body come back but redone and polished, but on a different chassis with (potentially and hopefully) custom sounds
