Heres an edited version of what i like! forza games beamng pulling a cord offroading on a sidewalk picking up and carrying my cat and throwing him out the window playing with my Valuable Covet sleeping on the couch throwing paper metal etc at fans throwing myself out a window and Top Car (is that i test cars to see which has the best damage in BeamNG).
Here are some of mine: Games: BeamNG Spintires ETS2 GT6 Minecraft (occasionally) Chess (although I suck at it ) Bunch of other random board and card games Car Related: Working on cars Attending car shows and automotive related shows Building plastic models Driving/racing cars (on closed courses of course ) Designing cars Collecting die-cast model cars Other: Playing music Listening to music Dog training Boating Working on friends RC planes Building/working on PC's Reading Hiking/walking Interior/exterior design Landscaping Drawing Hobbies I would have if I had more money or time: Buy some project cars RC car racing Dog agility course training More model cars/less sitting half completed on my desk Tinker with 3D printers, CNC machines, Composite molding, Metal casting ect. Make more and better mods for BeamNG and other games Well I guess thats about it
Time I can't help with. But metal casting I can. Brake drum forge, with coke or charcoal as the fuel and an adequate air supply (the fan for a car interior is probably best for this, hair drier suffices for most forging work though - seriously) you can melt aluminium quite effectively. If there are any machinists in your area you can usually get the aluminium swarf from them for free, should smelt nicely.
I've got a few hobbies. I play ultimate frisbee during the spring and summer. I'm also the drummer in a small rock band and first drummer in our school's jazz band. When I'm not busy (which is pretty rare now) I play video games, mostly GTA V, Titanfall, and BeamNG at the moment. I'm also doing programming and shop work over the summer for a small entertainment company that builds flight simulators.
You could have designed it with some sort of break of point. It looks like the white piece that the propellers are on mounts into a bigger, black plastic piece. I woulda have designed it so the white arm part would break easier than the black piece that everything ties into. But whatever it's your project do what you want.
This is a bought frame, it sucks it breaks the $20 dead cat conversion kit frame plates on top of the arm. Rebuilt:
making me jelly. Found this frame today: http://www.hobbyking.co.uk/hobbykin...pion_Glass_Fiber_Multi_Rotor_Frame_650mm.html Freaky weird. After I get a new car maybe it will be multicopter build time.
that one I think is just a tad weird. I personally quite like Y frames (just not that one) but I think I'll start with the normal quad at first. Anyway, multicopter money is needed elsewhere for now. Looks like it should be pretty tough to smash up that frame i think anything connected to that should become a failure point whether it likes it or not. Did get a hobbyking parcel today. Switch wired inline with XT60 connectors, some XT60 to tamiya adaptors and a 5v 3.5A UBEC. Ordered that on may 24th, lesson learnt, don't use the HK international warehouse.
God what are my hobbies.... Building Computers... IT Geek Driving Golf... Watching Rugby being a pain in the ass when needed xD Lateral Thinking... I think that about covers it...
