This "car" actually exists in Italy. Its called an "Ape" which means bee. It's the transporter counterpart to the vespa scooter, which means wasp.
The 1976-78 Bruckell Moonhawk with a red interior, T tops, in a gloss black paint, with Cragar wheels.
Just because I'm a police officer I would choose a Gavril Grand Marshall Unmarked Police Package with a 5.5L V8 Engine with a stage 3 supercharger with a 5 speed manual in sport suspension and sport wheels and tires for more grip and better handling. Not so good on fuel consumption but it would be a quick car. And for a second car I would choose an ETK 800 sedan with a 3.0 litre diesel engine and a manual transmission for a reasonable fuel consumption and good performance.
