Ow god how are you even achieving 35fps with that piece of shit
theres not much to optimize in such a pc
only thing is to run it at really low resolutions but if you get 35fps stable thats decently playable

Ive got the same Intel celeron 4000 series, 128gb ssd thats half taken by the OS so only 60gb with everything deleted. Intergrated graphics and 4gb of ramm that that the OS takes up 3gb idle. And on lowest settings I get 6-10fps

There's a nice trick to improve framerates by force: Lowering the visible distance (far clip) makes BeamNG not to draw anything beyond this distance (except Sky and Ocean).

    Howto:
    1. Load the level
    2. Open the World Editor (F11)
    3. In the scene tree find a object named theLevelInfo
    4. Select it.
    5. In the inspector window find the value "visibleDistance" and set it to e.g. 200 (meters)
    6. Your FPS will rise significantly :)
Just find a good compromise so you might see the next wall :p.

35 FPS not bad man. try turning down graphics settings to the lowest, like shadows and textures. You could also lower the resolution a bit. And if you’re cool with mods, search for performance mods specific to BeamNG
