sell it now because it does not have a title. Gonna trade for a 70s ford or chevy truck or sell it to buy one.
Today I worked on the Bronco. I almost finished replacing the brake calipers, I need to take the left one off again since a brake pad shim came off and then I need to bleed the brakes again. It is almost ready for me to get my learners permit and start driving it!
Not today but a week or so ago, I bought it: 1989 Skoda Favorit, old school 1.3 engine putting out 61hp. Some work will be done next week hopefully so stay tuned.
That Lumina looks like it has sat in mud for most of its life. I mean, it has moss growing on it Looks worse than my 1984 lawnmower that's never even been covered in a rain storm. lol
or ether of my vehicles, the bronco was last on the road in 2014, and my firebird was sitting next to my garage for over a decade before I washed it and started doing bodywork(I think that was last on the road somewhere around 2000 since it has a 2002 emissions sticker)
Sat for 4 years, took me an hour or so to get that crud off, I have yet to evict the spiders from the engine bay. (The ones that weren't toasted when it was at operating temp) Runs rather smooth on 4 year old gas lmao.
same with the bronco, it has sat for an unknown amount of time and needs a bath but it runs great and starts first crank
Finally found out why my car has been making loud banging noises when going over speed bumps/potholes. The culprit was a screwdriver which was left under the hood when the car was being serviced at a local garage about two months ago.
