Ok, actually replaced the brake/tail light bulbthuis time because it went out again. Also replaced the other as it was really dim compared to the new. Also Chrysler has an interesting tail light setup:

You remove the whole socket and then put the bulb in and resinsert the socket. It seems there is some connection trouble between the socket and the terminal it makes contact with. Had to spend some time time getting both the tail light filament and the brake/turn filament to lgith, I could only get one or none. Finally got it though.

Well its mine now, bought it for 1000, extremely satisfied. The guy had no clue what he had. It has full leather, cruise control, power everything, remote entry and start.

Only downside is the body damage. Its been appraised for 800 so I'll get it fixed, but shes mine now.

Been sitting on a spare there for like a month now so i swapped it for the alloy.

    dat single wishbone ifs doe

    SkBqkNk.jpg

Took it for a joyride down the fury road after that, potholes and standstill to wheelspin and locking up the brakes to make sure it is attached properly, don't wanna get killed if it falls off on the highway.

The higher tuned 1.8 also isnt all that quick :p

But then its not like he needs it to be. I do think 100bhp is a pretty safe sweetspot for a daily driver car though. Unless its exclusively for city driving in which case yeah, even the sub 60 of my old corsa was fine.

I'm running 113bhp in my Focus, at least I was running 113bhp 15 years and 152000 miles ago... Its more than fast enough. Should be a similar weight to that mk3 too (mine is a ghia estate).

So... 1 Thing to do when i have my car here is to fix the right rear window opener. Idk its not working and the old owner gave me a new one i just have to put it in..

Will be an adventure and maybe i fail...

I'ts just a maybe that i'll try it because i dont need the rear windows to go down anyway. I have 2 Front Windows and a Sunroof to open, thats enough :D
