Oh, yes, we have the best of weather. I spend hours cleaning my car, and by the day after it looks like I've neglected cleaning it for a week.

Right now I'm debating either Koni Yellows or KYB AGX's on my new-to-me Focus SVT. Either with H&R Sport springs with camber plates and camber bolts. Also, S54B32 where did you get your LED interior bulbs so cheap? I'd like to get a set for the E39 but the price of most kits is off putting...

Find out when the timing belt was done. Ford recommended every 100k miles but most owners do it every 80-90k. Should also do the belt tensioner and idler pulley.

The engine is an interference engine meaning, if the belt fails or if tensioner/pulley fail, the head will grenade itself which causes at the very minimum, a new cylinder head but commonly, a new engine.

Tore my spare trans apart. It was stuck in the 2nd gear position and had no power to the rear wheels, and after taking off some witness plates I found the shifting fork rods and gave one a good tap with a screwdriver which released the shifter cup and let me run it through the pattern with a socket extension. There are three roll pins that are stopping me from taking off the top plate (which holds the shifting fork assembly) and transfer case. Fun stuff.

Yeah I know about timing belts. Motor has 40k miles on it (same as chassis!). Got it for a smoking deal, couldn't pass it up.

no question koni yellow. they go good with any spring rate up to 600 pounds per inch. there so good i would get rid of my coilovers for koni yellows as a handling upgrade and its not even a 1 piece coilover. koni yellow wins races dont consider the kyb.

Forgot to update on the A4, which has been back on the road for a while now. Turned out the hose running from the tstat exploded. Was all crunchy and shit when I took it out.

    Also,
    Mazda pls :(

    I'm thinking valve cover gasket.
