I'm fairly certain that's on purpose. It's been a LONG time since I used the CRD Monster truck but I remember there being a No Texture skin that applied to about every part on the vehicle.
popular thing gets used in thing meant for kids. i mean, are you surprised? mobile games are essentially doing the same thing. we can only sit back and watch as "made for kids" content gets worse with every year
I was just surprised that such a bad video had so much effort put into it. And also money, since it turns out the model is from a paid mod.
it makes sense kind of. let's pretend that 100.000 children watch the video. if the said vid is not demonetized good luck with that, then it's already 500$ made from yt views alone. which means that the skibidi bop guy has made ≈ 1500$ --- Post updated --- forgot to mention: the 500$ is an average. don't expect to make a living off of YouTube kids content
That's probably how BeamNG Shorts makes money. But alternatively you can make a smaller amount of higher quality videos that get more views, which is what most of the classic crash compilation channels do.
tbf he seems upload a video that gets at least 60k views every 2 days or so, so if we go off your estimate of $500/100k views (which imo seems a little high but it depends) means he makes about $4500/month. i wouldnt say no to 54k a year for making beam content lol --- Post updated --- i dont really know beamng shorts' channel but if they solely make short form content they must make their money from somewhere else because shorts generate NO money pretty much
it has definitely made enough money for him to get GTA 5, since most of his newer shorts feature gameplay of it --- Post updated --- also to get monetization through Shorts only, you'd need atleast 10 million views on shorts... not sure if BeamNG Shorts got this much, but I'm just going to guess the answer is yes
I'm not sure if has been said already, but videos like those are the ones that bring 9yo kids to the forums... That's like the worse side effect of turning mainstream Beam.
He started out making GTA 5 videos in russian, then focused solely on BeamNG YouTube shorts, and now does both GTA and BeamNG shorts
