Can't see back to the bootleg video, but guessing he just made less and less views so he tried to get up again.


Well, that sort of worked for some time. Now he's back at the same point, probably, With a worse, but still fine reputation.

 

And then there is this channel with 3.28 million subs

So basically, Neil has cycled back to the view amount from 4/5 years ago.
Start: 'here's why bootlegs mods are bad and why you should avoid them at all costs'
End: 'here's a totally not bootleg mod with airbags'
Either his channel will loop back to the views he once had, or his channel is about to die out and fade into obscurity.

 

As said, the Socialblade graph only reaches back to 2020, but I'd estimate he made the same, if not more views around that time as now.
