I mean it wouldn't look that bad... if was a lot shorter and lower... and had a big V12 in the middle... hypercar styling just doesn't suit economy cars.
hay lookit dis if you want to be scarred forever --- Post updated --- Eh. That's Minnesota too. I've seen nothing over 65 MPH here.
I will admit it's pretty odd looking, but it can't be that terrible of a car right? I see them IRL sometimes. I don't think it's tremendously ugly. I think that it isn't as generic looking as it used to be. Want something you'd consider uglier than the Aztek and modern Prius? I'd take them both over what the hell this thing is supposed to be.
1975 Plymouth Gran Fury Suburban - Slow, boaty, long, and terrible. Gabester's favourite kinds of cars.
Ironically, my mom learned to drive in that exact car. Except it was brown, and had those Alder hubcaps look-alikes with those thin whitewall tires.
I kinda see a teeny tiny bit of resemblance between the front and rear lights of the 2017 Prius Prime and the 2017 Acura NSX...
It had a relatively simple design that didn't stand out, and thats was made it more tolerable, It didn't look like a bloated hyper car back then.
I think it's a good idea to learn how to drive in a large car, since they require more attention from you than a smaller car like a Smart Fortwo. My mom learned to drive in an old dodge RV (she didn't take her drivers test in it though), while I learned to drive in a Crown Victoria Police Interceptor (I took both of my drivers test in it), so we both learned to drive in big vehicles. I think those Imperials are good looking cars.
But there isn't really inherently wrong with a car being big, and it suits a car like that. My definition of a bad car is one that fails at its intended role as well as pretty much any other role such as the smart fourtwo and the Prius. They are expensive to maintain and get bad gas mileage(or at least the ones I know of) for what they are, I'm pretty sure there were a few cars back in the 70's or 80's that got almost double the gas mileage of those cars.
I didn't exactly say it was bad, I just showed @MisterKenneth the Imperial since he said that "I guess I'm a sucker for big boaty cars".
Well posting it in this thread implied that you thought it was one of the worst cars ever, anything else is kinda offtopic.
