    Why it would be bad? There has to be those who are followers, if everyone is a leader, what they would lead?

    Those who don't seek to lead can actually have much more rewarding life too, less stress etc. While following some trend which someone else (leader) sets indicates person being more prone to follow than lead, it is certainly not a bad thing.

    After all, most people are followers.
