what laptop or pc is best to play this on?

    as far as cpu priority i use a program known as process lasso. and laptop cpu's are fine if you have a rather high end one. for preformance sake i can easily have 4 cars on screen and sit at about 40fps

    30~35 FPS max I think. The CPU is too weak to run the heavy physics engine. The GPU is even less powerful than the R7 240 in my media box.
