what this game really needs right now

Part shattering like a plastic bumper breaking in pieces or a window i know this has been suggested before but no one has said anything more about it








and yes i dont have beamng.drive now i will get it in probably 1 month

 

Right now? More like in the polishing stage of the game... They are focusing on much more important things right now.

 

Parts shattering and fracturing is not currently possible with the current game engine, there would need to be rigid body physics implemented in order for that to happen.

 

then the devs would need to rebuild the engine to make part shattering possible? because that would be a pain to do

 

Eh. Not so cool. Could ruin gameplay.

 

How can adding more realism to a game all about realism, ruin game play ?

 

Well, it would just knock the fun off. What if you wanted to do a video and then the bumper shattered? that would be upsetting if you didn't want do it.

 

You don't make sense. A game about realism, not having realism. 10/10 worst idea ever.

 

Uh, what about exploding?! AWESOME!

Second: You've got a lot of threads to choose from. Don't make a new one.
Third: Cars don't explode IRL like they do in video games. EDIT: Cars almost never explode IRL period.

 

I agree if you want stuff to explode get a propane gank mod or something
