what wheels are you all running?

I've heard that Win 10 is way better on any device anyway. I really understand the new combined start menu on a laptop, even without multitouch. I'll try doing more with that in the next time and less with Classic Shell.
I think you should get a decent device though, if there's any more updates in the next time that make it even more heavy weight.

I have a Logitech G27 for my PS3 and, if I ever have a computer that can run BNGD, for this game as well. I requested it for Christmas one year because I heard it was the one that all the pros used to set the fastest lap times, and yet it was cheaper than everything else by about $300. Also, it had an H-shifter (which I rarely use now because trying to rev-match at speed with a game wheel is so much harder than in real life).

 

yes his mounting setup is a joke. the th8rs is ok but isn't satisfying to use. the fanatec probably feels better, but the frex shifter has a serious rod and spring setup and im expecting it to feel more realistic than the built trans in my car. watch a few videos of it in action and you might agree its worth the 400 bucks. until i manage to take apart a real trans and put switches on the shift forks this is as good as it gets. also, the g27 shifter is a sad joke.

I have a "Microsoft SideWinder Racing Wheel" without ffb. My dad bought it back in the days of Midtown Madness and such. It still works great with windows 10 even though latest drivers are from 2006 I think.
