what you guys think about Initial D?

I agree with the car stuff (and also the music) being 10/10 (Even the sounds of the cars is great). I didn't mind the races going on for several episodes myself, because I found them pretty fun to watch. Also, if you're annoyed that Takumi wins every race, don't keep watching. There are some proper rediculous wins in it. Like, jeez. Just, God-Hand. You know what I mean if you've seen that race.

The animations weren't the best, but it's fair enough for the 90's. They get better as you go on, considering it was running until about 2011.

Also, if you want a change in character, then this really is the thing to watch, 100%. They change Ryosuke's hair colour like, almost every single stage

But really there is only 5 movies/tv shows that made me fell asleep these shows/movies are
Friday The 13th Part 2
Walking Dead season 2
King Arthur
Cowboys Vs Aliens
and Initial D
and I'm someone who watch hour long game play of Friday the 13th everyday or a podcast of 3 or 4 cartoon geeks with a guest sometimes every Tuesday. Also it doesn't help that Initial D have some really boring characters.

 

I loved it, for the first 3 seasons or so. After about halfway through season 4 it became super boring and repetitive.
The racing scenes were amazing and had my hairs standing up every time, and the main story isn't half bad; however I couldn't give less of a shite about takumi's side girl and her mercedes-benz driving pimp.

I need to watch the first 3 seasons again ;p

 

Always been a huge (literally) fan of Eurobeat - got most of the SEB albums and also got the chance to visit A.beat-C Studios once - not really a fan of the anime, which I found rather repetitive after the first 2-3 seasons.

 

1st season=Awesome!
2nd season=OK...
3rd season=Boring...
4th season=boring (until there's god foot and god arm)
5th season=Epic!!!! (final part)

 

All I know about the Anime is the memes. But it seems ok from what I hear

People i know that like anime are annoying, with very poor hygiene. (im not saying you are any of those things.)

 

I have only seen a few episodes of Inital D, it's pretty well made. Although I don't watch anime, this is still a great show.

 

Watched it before but I still prefer Top Gear/The Grand Tour over it.
