AWD cars are best at cornering. FWD cars corner better than RWD cars when driven by inexperienced drivers (which, most likely, includes you as well). If you still believe RWD cars are best, then get ready for another fact: engine position doesn't define which wheels are driven. For example, many modern Audis have longitudinally mounted engines, yet are FWD. What if I told you both of these were mounted in both ways?
