When I record anything on my pc, no matter what recording software I use I get a white filter and I can't get it to go away unless I turn my monitor off and back on. This happens on both of my monitors and I feel like it could be a gpu issue. I have recently purchased a Gigabyte 1050ti and it's been happening ever since I got it. Before I had it I had a Gt 710 as a placeholder and I didn't have this problem. If you can help It would be much appreciated. Also if it's any help my main monitor is a Lg 24in monitor with a model number of: 24MP60VQ-P.B. Here is a video of what happens. I promise it's not a virus I was just too lazy to upload it to youtube.

The video is fine, it must be a problem with your monitor
Try messing about with the color settings of each monitor.

Check your Graphics card, there could be an issue there, as no one else appers to have this video
