Apparently he joined today, and he keeps sending membership requests..... Anyone know anything about this? Should we let him in?

If any new accounts try to join this group, put them on hold and have a full investigation around their account to see if its an Ivan alt.

Anyways, Ivan is probably using some sort of VPN or proxy server to hide his IP, and the only way to be rid of him is to stay alert until he gives up.
