Yes, but not vastly enough to call it released, theres still a lot of work to do if you want to have it to the same level of quality as the mods that start from scratch.

Also those random generic cars are not usually what people want, they want the more unique cars like the supercars / other cars we don't have many or any of in beam. those would benefit from being improved to a wider population of the community.

Why don't you start ONE mod, get really good at it and THEN work on others? Why are you piling all these mods into
the forums half-assed??? What is your goal with all this? Turning these forums into your personal little hot wheel
    collection is really disrespectful.

The car that looks most like a hotwheels car would probably be 2010-Dodge-Viper-ACR-ELITE

Yeah it's getting boring to browse through a lot of crap and never finished projects, I've been away one week and I've found a lot of these so called "improved" releases wich aren't even worth the try (and I've tried them).
I insist we need a beginner and advanced sub forums for the mods, so we can easily sort out the ones that are actually worth the time trying or even opening the thread.

+1...A great idea and a logical direction for the devs to look into. Right now it's a fricking free for all and
completely dis-organized. I'll repeat what I've said before, the uproar over the floodgates of mods and
the people bringing them isn't about attacking the will to learn. It's about respecting the mod forum landscape
and the people who built it with respect, determination and most of all QUALITY.

This situation needs to handled with respect for all parties involved so that no one gets discouraged from
learning while preserving the heritage and structure instilled by this community over the years.

This could all be handled with an idea like yours and a commitment by the devs to add common sense
structure and moderation to this new dynamic.

I personally want to see every single Russian and GTA mod in this game with awesome and realistic
deformation and of a quality that everyone can approve of. The way it is now is sheer agony and
is frustrating. Releasing a car like the Buick Roadmaster with total sloppy crap jbeaming is a form
of terrorism and utterly unfair to those that take the time and effort to do it right.

I don't really agree with "improved" mods. I'm sure they have their place, but not here. It's especially true when these mods just end up cluttering up the forum and taking away from quality mods that people actually spend their time and effort into. I have no problem with people doing this just as practice, but they really don't deserve to be released to the public and advertised as a vast improvement over the original.

Personally, I don't understand why some people even bother using crappy mods. The entire purpose of this game is crashing them realistically, if you want something that doesn't crash well why use BeamNG? Use a proper racing simulator or GTA if you don't care about crashing.

I realize this could be worded better, but I hope y'all see my point.
