It looks good and I can't wait to get my hands on it. We are going to need some liveries for this.

I think they just involve a few material changes but i'm not sure. Hopefully it's that easy.

Actually, could you put an option for the original flat black bumpers? I kinda think those looked a bit better after seeing these new body coloured ones on the car...

Yeah, I think that'd be nice. I think there should be 3 options: the one with your modified skin (original black bumpers), the one with your modified skin (body colour bumpers) and the default Covet skin.

Hey Narwhal? I have a very silly question/request..

See the exhaust on these two mazdas? The black car has it coming out of the hood, and the red one has an exit out of the front bumper.

Here's what I'm thinking; cut a hole in the hood, and just make a pipe sticking out of the engine to poke through the hole, or stick the exhaust tip model on the end of it.

I would love a side exit or hood exit on this widebody Covet. Call me crazy, I think it fits the look of the car in some crazy way..

    Thank you! Downloading now.

Wow, I love this. Thanks a lot, I appreciate the work you have done.

I lowered it just a tad to get rid of the wheel gap, wow. I really like the look of the Covet now. I'm more than likely going to drive it more than I used to, which was never haha.

I love how I can get that front lip a millimeter off the ground.

I love the top down look, you can really see the fender flare, it's so cool.

Looks good, I've always wanted to do something like this but my Blender crashes when I open the hatch.dae.

But PLEASE, fix the smoothing groups :)

    Re: WIP widebody covet

You have to apply the Edge Split modifier to each object separately. If you try to select the whole model and apply the modifier, it doesn't work.

Also, make absolutely certain that you set the angle to 50 degrees. Otherwise, the model can get messed up pretty badly.
