you will also need a new power supply to run all this unless heaven forbid you actually have a decent one already, unlikely
I cant agree more with you that Current PSU that Morgiman has will likely "brown out" due to too much load being put on it
Oh god that I had 2 PSUs explode on me at PassITOn Computers, the first one sounded like a gunshot went off and the second one detonated and I stopped a 3rd one because I suspected something wrong with it, I opened it up and I found the main power cable welded to the side of the case that means if anyone had touched the case they would have been killed....
Haha there isnt a motto there but when I looked at it the screw heads were abit broken and I opened it up to reveal someone had turned it into a lethal kill box...it was not something I would have done but I destroyed it to make sure it would cause anyone anymore problems again...
He's talking about Pounds (£), not Euros (€). I'm pretty sure that the 6600K doesn't come with a stock cooler...
I think one of the only consumer grade CPUs that Intel didnt supply with a Intel Cooler was the 5960X, I could be extremely wrong on that fact....
Hmm... Look up unboxings of the 6600K and 6700K. Intel's thought is that people will use a different cooler anyway, so they don't include one.
Would an OEM package be this fancy? You sure it's a 6600K and not a plain 6600? http://ark.intel.com/products/series/88396/Intel-Core-i5-6600-Desktop-Processor-Series
ok then he will need to extremely careful because moving it around might cause the cpu or even the mb bent.
