Will BeamNG come to mobile?

Considering high end phones ship with up to 8gb of ram, that’s not the issue(as beamng runs fine with 8gb of ram). The issue is that to not burn your hand, smartphone SOC’s need to be very low power, while also having lower clocks. Same for the GPU. So you are right, the limiting factor is the cpu and GPU.

Then there’s the whole thing about developing for a completely different architecture.

I wouldn’t say completely underpowered, but for BeamNG, it really would be.

 

Yeah, my laptop cpu is 4c/8t and is 2.4 - 4.0 ghz. my phone is 8c/?t, and 1.3-1.6 ghz. a modern phone would never run beamng well.

 

it is possible, there is this app on mobile where you can play steam games, but it costs aswell, my friend played beamng on there and it ran completley fine

Step 2: Duct tape a monitor to your face
Step 3: Put a generator and wifi access point in a wagon and drag it around
Step 4: download communication apps onto the computer
