The GTX1050Ti will definitely be the limiting factor. I don't know about dynamic reflections, but otherwise it should be alright. If you can justify a better graphics card get it. BeamNG isn't well optimised.
You could definitely get away with a 1060 6gb for about 50-60 FPS on high settings With the budget I’d estimate you have based on your other components, I’d say your monitor wouldn’t even be able to run what a 1080 can do Your i3 would definentely bottleneck a 1080 as well --- Post updated --- Also, I’d advise getting an ssd
Yes, grab a 1060 6GB or, if you can't find one new or used, grab a 1660 or wait maybe a few days for a 1660 standard. Also, grab an SSD, like @A Turbocharged Turbocharger said. --- Post updated --- Also if you have the cash also upgrade to an I5 8400, 2 more cores for maybe 70, 80 bucks.
