Don't ever suggest gt 1030. Even your enemy should not get this card. If you look hard enough you can find great teals on RX 570/rx470. They will be a much better bang for your buck.
I've got an Asus 1060Ti for sale if anyone is interested I'll also be selling a Dell T7400 which it is currently in. Has a XEON quad core. Runs Beam NG fine at 1080p, 30-60fps depending on car/scene//settings. Message me if in UK and want either or both. Have an AW Aurora R8 / i7-9700 / 1660 Ti setup inbound so don't need the above anymore.
GT 1030 is a risky buy, there's multiple versions, i forget exactly how it goes but something with the VRAM being wack --- Post updated --- WDYM "1060TI", there's no such thing.
